I offer 1-1 sleep support for families
with children aged 5 months to 5 years who need to improve their sleep situation.
There are two types of sleep support packages available:

1) Sleep Strategy - for families with a minor sleep struggle or who need short-term guidance on an aspect of sleep
2) Sleep Solution - for families facing a major sleep challenge who require a comprehensive plan of action and on-going support

The first step in getting better sleep is to fill out an Intake Form.

We will schedule a 15 minute complimentary virtual conversation
to establish the sleep challenge experienced within your family’s unique context.
After, you will receive an email with an outline of how sleep support will be offered.
Taking your family's context into account, we will set sleep goals that are in alignment with your parenting values. An individualized strategy or a customized solution to the sleep challenge your family is facing will be designed, which will improve your child's sleep (and your family's) in ways that meet your child's unique needs. I'm here to provide the education and the step-by-step support to get the sleep your family needs to thrive.

Sleep Strategy Session
After completing a comprehensive Sleep Assessment, a 10-minute planning session will be scheduled to include your input. I will create a custom sleep strategy for your unique child’s sleep needs that’s in alignment with your parenting style. We will schedule a 20 minute virtual consultation session to discuss how to implement your sleep strategy, followed by an email containing a summary.
Follow-up support is offered in the form of one 15-minute virtual meeting and one detailed response to an emailed question.

Sleep Assessment
After completing a comprehensive Sleep Assessment, we will schedule a 20 minute private consultation. I will ask clarifying questions to discern your parenting values, your child’s temperament and their learning style. I will outline a timeline for Sleep Support Services, address general questions and provide you with ways to get started on improving sleep.
Sleep Plan
I will design a sleep plan tailored to your family’s unique sleep scenario that contains a customized, effective sleep solution that’s in alignment with your parenting values.
Private Lesson
I will create a comprehensive lesson in a digital format wherein I will teach you how to implement your Sleep Plan and offer strategies on how to make changes in your household to resolve your sleep challenge. I will strive to ensure that you feel confident in and comfortable with implementing your Sleep Plan.
Sleep Resource
After you’ve reviewed your Sleep Plan and have participated in the Sleep Lesson, we will schedule a 20 minute virtual meeting to debrief.
I will send you a tailored resource that summarizes what you have learned that you can use as a tool to guide you in implementing your Sleep Plan.
Sleep Support
To ensure you are experiencing sleep success, each Sleep Support Service package includes:
~Daily progress monitoring: an online sleep log will be reviewed with feedback given on a daily basis to guide you on making adjustments as needed
~ A 20-minute sleep tutoring session/week will be scheduled in the form of a virtual meeting
~ A detailed response/week to emailed questions on how to continue making progress in reaching your family's sleep goals
